Quilted Card
Love the detail in the Quilt Top Textured Impressions Embossing Folder

Details:

  • Card Base: Tranquil Tide cardstock cut to 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, then scored down the middle.
  • Matting: Cut one piece of cardstock 5 1/4" x 4" (whisper White used here).
  • Cut out nine (9) triangles from different patterns of Designer Series Paper.  I used Under the Mistletoe DSP for this card. For the triangles I used the triangle from the Quilt Builder Framelits Dies.
  • Next adhere either Snail Adhesive or Multipurpose Liquid Glue all over the back of each triangle and place them onto the Whisper White matting.
  • I ran the matting through the Quilt Top Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (#144687, Page 223 of the Annual Catalog.
  • I embellished my card with a poinsettia cut from one of the papers included in the Under the Mistletoe DSP and adhered it onto the top of the the tree with a Stampin' Dimensional. To add a little shimmer to the petals, brushed on clear Wink of Stella.
  • Sentiment: "Happiest Christmas Wishes" from the Dashing Deer Stamp Set stamped onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock cut out using the Merry Christmas Thinlits Dies in Cherry Cobbler and adhered to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
