I was inspired to make these cards after watching Robyn at My Pink Stamper's tutorial.

Ghost Pop

It is so cute! I borrowed this idea from Robyn at My Pink Stamper. Boo... Halloween is almost here. This ghost pop is so simple to make. All you need is Tootsie Pops, coffee filters, a stamp, black ink and ribbon or twine to tie it together.
